2. Scope and Sources of Data
2.1. Data you provide voluntarily
We collect: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, company name, tax ID and the content of enquiries sent via forms and e-mail.
2.2. Data collected automatically
Cookies collect: IP address, browser type, operating system, visit time and pages viewed.

4. Retention Period
- Contracts: up to 6 years after the contract ends.
- Accounting: 5 years from the end of the tax year.
- Marketing: until consent is withdrawn.
5. Recipients and Data Transfers
We share data with IT and hosting providers and accounting firms. When data is transferred outside the EEA (e.g. to Google or Meta), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, the right to data portability and the right to object. You can lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO) or the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI).
7. Cookies and Security
We use necessary, analytics and marketing cookies. We protect data with SSL/TLS encryption and regular backups.
